So you're heard of a Jalapeno Popper before right? Well here's like a juice version of it, not literally but you get the idea. Now before you think I'm crazy or that this blend might be nasty, hold on for a second. First let me tell you why adding some spicy to your juice is good for you.
Simply put, the spice/heat in the pepper forces your metabolism to speed up to digest it. In effect what you end up doing is creating a natural way to burn fat in your body without having to do any type of physical working out. Of course there are other benefits to be had from adding some hot peppers to your juice so give it a try. You'll know its working when you feel your body get a little warm on the inside, yeah that's your metabolism kicking up into high gear to process the pepper.
Here's what you will need:
1.5 inch piece of fresh jalapeño (I found 1.5 inch piece is enough to taste a lil spicy but not so much that I'm burning my mouth. This will differ based on your tastes and what level or spice you can handle so try to find what works best for YOU. Also, don't use canned peppers)
1 Cucumber (peeled)
2 Kale leaves
2 handfuls of Spinach
1/2 Bell Pepper
1/2 Lemon (peeled)
4 Carrots (peeled)
1 Green Granny Smith Apple
4 Strawberries
How does it taste you ask, or are wondering, before you decide to try it or not. I found the blend to be surprisingly GOOD. I was fortunate to have a good balanced blend to suit my particular taste. It was refreshing but also had just enough of a "kick" to let me know I had a jalapeño pepper in it.
