This year the CBS network tried their best to enforce a strict dress code at the Grammys. They wanted the “buttocks and breast adequately covered” according to a wardrobe advisory email that was sent to attendees. Well, no cared about that dress code because stars like Katy Perry, Kelly Rowland and J. Lo showed nothing but legs, breast, and buttocks on the red carpet.
